REFUND POLICY POP Elevate Coaching Program
The fees charged under this Agreement represent the work performed by Coach to analyze Client’s situation, onboard Client into the program, the foregoing of Coach’s ability to work with other clients, and the work performed by Coach with Client during the course of the Group Coaching Program, as well as the educational modules provided digitally. As a result, the Program Fees charged under this Agreement are non-refundable, and refunds will not be given after Coach has commenced work pursuant to this Agreement. Partial refunds, if requested by Client for good cause prior to the commencement of the Group Coaching Program, may be given at Coach’s sole discretion, subject to an administrative and cancellation fee of 30% of the fees already paid.
REFUND POLICY POP On Your Own Program
Non-refundable. No refunds will be given due to the modules full content being accessible digitally immediately after purchase.
REFUND POLICY POP Workshops
Workshops are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop and not refundable after the workbook has been emailed (digitially submitted) to you, at least 24 hours before the workshop is scheduled.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
The POP workshops, Elevate Coaching Program Foundations modules, coaching program and community are only available to the purchasing client and are non-transferable.
PAYMENT PLANS AND PROGRAM ACCESS
Payment plans: Access to modules and community are contingent on payment of scheduled payments. Access to coaching program sessions are contingent on payment of scheduled payments. The Professional Organizer Project is not responsible for making up or reimbursing for sessions missed due to non payment or late payment. These sessions are forfeited.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
This contents of the POP Workshops and POP Elevate Foundations modules haves been prepared for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to provide and should not be relied on for legal advice or financial advice. You should consult an attorney or accountant regarding particular sets of facts or circumstances including your own individual circumstances or your company's policies and procedures or specific instances of conduct in the workplace. The Professional Organizer Project makes no claims to guarantees of outcomes including your income, liability or business social, commercial or media presence.

This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact. To help provide a productive environment, please report any offensive or suspicious activity to POP staff. Please note that not all user-submitted content is representative of POP, nor does it necessarily represent the views of POP, its staff or members. Any disrespectful or disruptive behaviors towards other members of the POP community or groups or the program in general, can result in immediate termination from the program without reimbursement.
